The Spanish grill master José Gordon gave a master class at one of London’s most prestigious gastronomic locales: The World’s End Market. The event, which took place on 30 November, consisted of an exclusive tasting in which the Spanish chef presented meat, cuts and stories to those in attendance.

The special menu served at the World’s End Market included choice cuts such as cured beef, steak carpaccio, steak tartare, aged rib-eye and other char-grilled delicacies.
