You can’t go wrong if you visit César Martín’s Lakasa. It’s a visit to taste delicious things. Choice products, treatments and preparations done marvellously. Its menu features game during this autumn season, including dishes such as beans with wood pigeon, spicy fallow deer tartare or stewed leg of venison.
If you go at midday on a Saturday (for which you’ll need a reservation), you can savour the classic beef Wellington or steak tartare, which are prepared in front of the diner with all due ritual. The Idiazábal cheese balls are also famous, as are the free-range poultry and blue lobster. Everything is a delight to the palate.
