4 chicken thighs (800 g)

300 g potatoes

50 g green pepper

50 g red pepper

100 g onion

100 g mushrooms

2 tbsp water

2 tbsp olive oil


Spices (pepper, thyme, rosemart)


Thinly slice the onion, cut the red and green peppers into thick strips, cut the potato into round slices and the mushrooms into thin strips.

Add all of the vegetables, water, salt and spices as well as the seasoned chicken to a Lékué tray and cover with the lid.

Cook in the oven for 30 minutes at 200ºC.

Remove the lid and keep the tray in the oven at 230ºC. For 7 minutes until the chicken is golden brown.
